My name is Trent Sagert and I am a second generation carpenter.  My dad had a General Contracting Business of his own and I began working alongside him at the age of twelve.  We remodeled all the homes we lived in, built houses from the ground up and worked in commercial construction as well.  I continued in the construction trade completing my carpentry apprenticeship in 1990.  Since then I have spent a large amount of my time in commercial construction with some years in residential.

During the years when there were many problems with LP siding, I worked with a large commercial construction company that worked on these building renovations.  Many of these renovations were not only LP problems, there were also problems with flashing, etc. which allowed water to get into buildings.  During the years of renovating these buildings, I have learned how to protect buildings from outside elements.  I have found this to be an asset as I work with customers in the area of building envelopes (windows, siding, roofing, flashing, etc.)

In addition to the above experience, I have completed countless projects on my own home as well as for friends and family.  I am well versed in many things, as small as cleaning gutters, large as adding onto a house and anything in between. 

I see a need for A RELIABLE HANDYMAN since so many people have commented on the fact that they cannot find someone who has expertise and is reliable.  As my name says, I will show up when I say I will and I'll stay until the job is done right.  The top priorities for my business are:
